Walking together . . working together
We are just now truly beginning to understand how much our Associate communities have in common and how important it is to support each other. During our October 2024 OPAL Conference, we were challenged by Jeanne Connolly and by each other to find out just who we are being called to be. And so now the conversations continue as we journey down this winding path that leads to an uncertain, yet exciting future.
We are asking Associates and other Charism Carriers to share your experiences, your wisdom and knowledge gained through your successes and growth opportunities with others. We have created this blog to be a resource for us to learn from each other and offer ideas and suggestions to keep the conversations going. Topics may be on Leadership, Membership, Organizational Funding and Structure, Loss of MotherHouse, Connecting and Collaborating with other communities, etc. You get the idea!
If you have had an experience in your community that you feel would be helpful to others, please consider writing a short article that we can share with others. We ask that:
Your article be no more than 1,500 to 2,000 words.
Relevant to the Charism Carrier Community
Positive/helpful in nature
Articles for the OPAL blog will be reviewed by the OPAL Leadership Team and selected for posting by them.
